Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEM/CPC management in a high-growth or performance-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage large, complex budgets and deliver measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and performance tracking/analytics tools
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing teams or external agencies with collaboration and accountability
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-performing paid search campaigns with large budgets across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
- Forecast, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve cost-efficiency and growth goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
- Manage agency relationships and/or internal team members for flawless campaign execution
- Stay current on SEM best practices, testing frameworks, and emerging technologies
