You'll own the heartbeat of our manufacturing operation, leading the production flow from nanofabrication through assembly to cryogenic testing. Your core impact is building a production organization that scales 10× this year and 10× again next year. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited by fast growth and tackling the hardest challenges of our time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day production across fabrication, assembly, and cryogenic test
• Own production performance: quality, output, lead time, team engagement, cost
• Coach and grow team members to create a strong accountable production culture
• Drive production planning for both internal and external customers

📋 Requirements

• Several years of production management in semiconductor fab or MEMS foundry
• Proven experience supporting volume ramps or pilot-to-fab transitions
• Structured, data-driven and pragmatic approach
