Description

As an AI Data Specialist at NICE, you will drive the use of AI tools to develop and improve data solutions for unstructured customer interactions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable data structures, validate outputs, and provide feedback to enhance system accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consultative account/program management or analytics experience
• Experience using technology to build and analyze datasets for operational outcomes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to create polished presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner and thrive in a changing environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for developing predefined data structures for automated analysis of CX interactions across channels
• Support validations of data structures to ensure high precision and recall standards
• Test evolving research tools that support data structure development
• Provide feedback to Research and Product teams on tooling and data integration
• Educate field teams on data solutions, definitions, and best practices
