💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair on Pump, Power & HVAC equipment at EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions facility. Your work ensures customer equipment runs reliably, supported by proprietary T3 technology for diagnostics. Year-round OEM training is provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, and HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and customer locations
• Use laptops/tablets to create work orders and track service intervals
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Tools: must own tools applicable to position
• Mechanical aptitude: advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience: working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• EPA 608: certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 6-12 months

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in equipment service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
