You'll design and automate processes for IT capitalization, delivery reporting, and R&D tax credits within HelloFresh's global tech organization. Your work will bridge technical delivery and financial compliance, enabling leaders to track spend and hit budget plans. You'll join an international team building scalable, data-driven products used across markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead automation of IT capitalization and R&D tax credit workflows
• Serve as primary audit contact ensuring compliance and documentation
• Develop automated workflows integrating JIRA, GitHub, and Workday
• Support tech leaders in budget tracking and headcount visibility

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting or portfolio management
• Proficient with JIRA and working alongside technical teams
• AI native with excitement for GenAI automation
• Ability to operate as a trusted operational partner to senior leaders
