Description

You will lead test strategies and integration activities for a next-generation satellite ground system program, collaborating with Agile teams and government stakeholders to ensure mission-critical systems meet performance and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance (with ability to obtain Polygraph)
• Experience leading integration and test on large-scale systems
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Execute the program's test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, and system verification and validation
• Lead integration and test activities across Agile software development teams
• Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and government representatives to ensure alignment and test readiness
• Direct and support a multidisciplinary team of internal staff, subcontractors, and leased labor
