• Support key lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Help drive engagement and retention initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or related field
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Confidence in navigating sensitive situations with empathy
