You'll be integral to product launch and support processes at a unicorn AI startup transforming housing and healthcare. You'll work with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementations and troubleshoot technical issues post-launch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery sessions with new clients
• Develop and maintain self-serve launch tools
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations
• Guide Customer Success Managers through implementations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer role at a SaaS company
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Strong understanding of product development and launch processes
• CRM tools and support ticketing system experience
