You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in the Americas GTM organization, driving talent strategies and organizational effectiveness. You'll shape the future of Rubrik's GTM through organization design, leadership development, and change enablement, while cultivating a high-performing inclusive culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field and 10+ years progressive HR experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into people strategies
- Experience as trusted advisor to senior leadership in a matrixed global environment
- Analytical mindset with data-driven solution development
- Experience helping organizations scale and drive HR solution consistency
Responsibilities
- Align people strategies with business objectives for Marketing, Channel, and SDR organizations
- Lead organization design and change initiatives to improve efficiency and agility
- Manage full annual HR cycle including performance management, compensation reviews, and talent planning
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Development, and Compensation teams on talent strategies
- Champion company values and lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement
