🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as strategic advisor for top agency partners on Realize platform
• Review platform data, spot performance patterns and growth opportunities
• Guide agencies through rollout, targeting, and advanced optimizations
• Conduct training sessions on audience targeting and optimization workflows

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field
• 5+ years in account management or client success, preferably in digital marketing agency or ad-tech
• Proven hands-on experience in digital ad optimization with performance-driven mindset
• Advanced analytical abilities with strong proficiency in Excel
