๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Middesk's Customer Experience team to ensure customers find value in our product by answering questions and troubleshooting issues. You'll become a product expert and handle inquiries via email, video, and phone. This role requires onsite presence in SF five days per week and offers a chance to impact product development through customer feedback.

- Become a product expert and go-to resource for customers
- Handle customer questions from start to finish autonomously
- Use email, video, and phone to help customers optimize product use
- Contribute to internal and external documentation
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Flexibility with changing job duties
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Proactive communication across multiple time zones
