Requirements

• Background in Management Consulting, Finance, or analytical Product role
• Ability to extract clear narratives from complex data
• Experience leading teams in high-growth environments ($100M+ ARR)
• Proven track record of implementing systems that scaled with 2x-3x headcount increase
• Expertise in modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Pendo) and AI-driven sentiment analysis

Responsibilities

• Own economic engine of product org, building financial models and business cases
• Establish ROI evaluation framework for R&D investment
• Architect global Product Scorecard and define North Star metrics
• Serve as primary connector between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Lead cross-functional Go-to-Product engine for major releases
