💼 About This Role

You'll manage corporate accounts end to end, handling collections, billing, renewals, and upsells. Your core impact is ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth while maintaining compliance. You'll act as the primary liaison and drive renewals and upsells.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage billing cycles and collections for corporate accounts
• Drive contract renewals 30 to 60 days before expiry
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and report on account health

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in account management or collections
• Proven track record in renewals and upselling
• Experience with corporate clients in telecom, fintech, or SaaS
