You'll join the Client Success team at Luxury Presence, an AI growth platform for real estate, as a CSM II owning the client journey from sales to renewal. You'll guide the build of award-winning websites and foster relationships through understanding clients' business and marketing vision. This is a highly visible role entrusted with our most important client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client strategy and set expectations during escalations
• Manage implementation and ongoing marketing campaigns
• Collaborate across departments to communicate deadlines
• Anticipate client vision and translate into actionable steps

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in software implementation, media agency, or creative operations
• 2+ years in Client Management or Account Management
• Working knowledge of SEO, Social, Content, or Paid Media
• Experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress

• Interest or passion for real estate industry
• Experience managing large portfolio of clients up to $3M ARR
