💼 About This Role

You'll support Election Protection work in Wisconsin, building capacity and diversifying our audience for upcoming 2026 elections. You'll collaborate with communities across the state to expand membership through recruitment and engagement, and help lead training programs. This temporary role starts June 1 and ends December 20, 2026.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support planning and execution of statewide Election Protection program.
• Recruit, onboard, and engage volunteers for priority counties and municipalities.
• Develop and lead Election Protection trainings for members and partners.
• Monitor election administration practices and identify barriers to voter access.

📋 Requirements

• Commitment to Common Cause’s nonpartisan mission and pro-democracy agenda.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively.
• Interest in democracy issues including voting rights and Wisconsin politics.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and data management systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting membership growth or working on an issue-based or political campaign.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for team retreats.
