💼 About This Role

You'll join a small engineering team to develop custom solutions and improve our software development life cycle. You'll work with a high degree of autonomy reporting directly to the CTO, ensuring high system availability and mentoring junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop custom software and solve complex technical problems
• Design and develop software components across the full tech stack
• Manage and improve system infrastructure and availability
• Mentor more junior engineers and exhibit technical leadership

📋 Requirements

• Deep familiarity with C and C++ in a commercial context
• Understanding of Apple's Metal architecture
• Experience with low-level development
• Background in algorithm development and mathematics

• Exposure to engine development, preferably building from scratch
• Experience with performance optimisation in low-latency applications
