Description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive strategic and operational priorities, manage cross-functional projects, and improve organizational processes. You'll help prepare board materials, track key initiatives, and serve as a connective tissue across teams, all within a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in consulting, IB, PE, high-growth startups, or similar
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level materials
• High ownership, urgency, and operational rigor

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO on company priorities and strategic initiatives
• Drive cross-functional projects from scoping through execution
• Prepare CEO and senior leadership materials (board decks, investor updates, memos)
• Improve internal processes, reporting rhythms, and decision-making frameworks
• Track progress against key initiatives and support leadership meetings
