You'll shape the next generation of BetterUp's platform and design language, evolving our suite of products into an intelligent, adaptive system. Your core impact will be setting the vision for seamless experiences across our ecosystem, balancing deep user empathy with system-level thinking. You'll also have the opportunity to lead a small team and mentor senior designers while influencing strategy across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive the design vision and strategy for cross-product experiences at scale.
• Lead end-to-end design for complex systems spanning multiple product surfaces.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape product direction and long-term roadmaps.
• Advance the design system to enable flexibility and innovation across the ecosystem.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with system-level and platform thinking.
• Proven success leading design strategy for high-impact initiatives.
• Portfolio showcasing visionary work balancing clarity, craft, and strategic insight.
• Experience mentoring and leading other designers in a cross-functional environment.
