🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute drayage operations including port pickups and rail transfers.
• Manage container lifecycle elements like free time and demurrage across terminals.
• Coordinate with multimodal carrier networks for cost-effective shipment execution.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing proactive updates and managing exceptions.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of logistics operations experience with drayage and multimodal exposure.
• Solid understanding of port, terminal, rail, and steamship line operations.
• Experience managing demurrage, detention, and accessorial charge disputes.
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and strong Excel skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as ThoughtSpot or Power BI.
• Experience with UIIA and chassis provider operations.
• Knowledge of customs processes including coordination with CBP and brokers.
