You'll lead a team supporting complex customer issues and drive team performance at ADESA, a Carvana-owned auto auction company. Your impact will include identifying root causes of service misses and implementing system improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Monitor team metrics and provide real-time guidance.
- Handle complex customer escalations to ensure resolution.
- Identify root causes of SLA misses and system gaps.
- Guide onboarding and training for new hires.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of team leadership and performance management.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Coaching and mentorship abilities with a coach's mindset.
- Problem-solving and escalation management skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Playvox, or Amazon Connect.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
