You'll lead a team supporting complex customer issues and drive team performance at ADESA, a Carvana-owned auto auction company. Your impact will include identifying root causes of service misses and implementing system improvements.

  • Monitor team metrics and provide real-time guidance.
  • Handle complex customer escalations to ensure resolution.
  • Identify root causes of SLA misses and system gaps.
  • Guide onboarding and training for new hires.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of team leadership and performance management.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Coaching and mentorship abilities with a coach's mindset.
  • Problem-solving and escalation management skills.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Playvox, or Amazon Connect.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
