You'll support Supply Chain Operations and Accounts Payable teams by processing and analyzing invoicing data to facilitate 3-way match reconciliation. You'll investigate and resolve complex discrepancies, driving process improvements and presenting findings to leadership. This role offers growth in a dynamic global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve complex quantity and price discrepancies.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze invoice reconciliation data.
• Serve as key point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to improve invoice reconciliation accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in invoicing, billing, or financial reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with large datasets and root cause analysis.

• Additional European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian).
