Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a virtual-first setting. You'll have dedicated time to listen, educate, and personalize care while supported by a collaborative team and user-friendly technology.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (MD license preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools)

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health transitions with evidence-based care
• Conduct quality telehealth appointments with time to listen, educate, and personalize treatment
• Utilize expert-developed clinical pathways combining hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with team of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders
