You will solve complex issues impacting provider credentialing, act as a subject matter expert, work cross-functionally, and support process improvements. Your work ensures providers are credentialed efficiently, enabling Oscar to deliver quality healthcare.

Requirements

• 1+ years credentialing for facilities, NCQA standards
• 2+ years fast-paced volume-based environment
• 2+ years strong quantitative/analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience working in health insurance
• Proficiency in credentialing or provider data repository

Responsibilities

• Support, manage, or escalate complex credentialing issues
• Manage internal/external escalated transactions and communicate for resolution within SLAs
• Act as point person for stakeholders to improve feedback loops and trend issues
• Manage queue work and caseload through dashboard management
• Collaborate with production and credentialing leaders on systemic issues and communicate blockers
