📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a lead HVAC installer.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces.

• EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Experience with Service Titan software.
