• Develop and execute tech-touch strategies for hundreds of SMB customers
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding to business outcomes
• Partner with Account Management to align value delivery with goals
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on implementation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with scale, tech-touch, or SMB customer success
• Strong process ownership and systems thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
