Description

You will support local and regional localization stakeholders by solving problems, implementing solutions, and representing the localization effort to North American game teams. You will help ensure high-quality, culturally relevant, and technically accurate localized experiences across the game portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in localization, production coordination, QA, or related fields in gaming or media.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with localization tools and workflows (e.g., TMS, CAT tools, Jira, CMS, Confluence).
  • Understanding of internationalization principles and/or platform certification processes is a plus.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Castilian Spanish and strong English communication skills.
  • Passion for video games and delivering high-quality player experiences across cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and operational support to localization stakeholders including production, QA, and development partners.
  • Assist in tracking, managing asset flow, and coordinating across multiple tools and functions.
  • Contribute to emerging language-related internationalization efforts by identifying linguistic risks and supporting culturally appropriate content.
  • Collaborate on tooling and pipeline support including process documentation, feature testing, and feedback collection.
  • Help prepare for certification and compliance for your native language.
  • Assist in coordination between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Leverage native language expertise to address linguistic questions and support LQA teams.
  • Participate in internal initiatives to improve localization consistency, automation, and scalability.
