You'll assist staffing employees and team members with HR functional issues, resolving administrative problems and processing employment changes in HRIS. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist staffing employees and employees with HR functional issues
• Resolve administrative issues with staffing representatives
• Complete daily and weekly staffing and employee reports
• Process employment changes in HRIS and assist with implementation

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (Required)
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite
• HR experience in Immigration, I-9 Compliance, Employee Relations, HRIS, etc.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HRIS Cloud Based systems
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communicator with ability to build relationships
