💼 About This Role

You'll build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams, designing onboarding and training programs to drive adoption of Harvey's AI platform. Your core impact is translating legal practice needs into product feedback and supporting renewal efforts through demonstrated engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding their workflows and offering tailored guidance.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions and training workshops to drive platform adoption.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities.
• Surface adoption obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.

📋 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50 or equivalent).
• Executive engagement skills and presence with key decision makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills to legal and executive audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Sales or customer-facing experience including law firm business development or secondment.
• Experience directly managing law firm client matters and client relationships.
