You'll lead end-to-end deployment projects for AI Agents in enterprise environments, working directly with partners to architect and implement solutions. You'll bridge engineering and consulting, adapting Parloa's platform to complex systems and ensuring successful outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-lead technical execution of deployments in enterprise environments
• Enable partners on platform capabilities and best practices
• Engineer custom integrations and extensions to close product gaps
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to overcome constraints

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering or related roles with customer impact
• Proven track record leading deployments in enterprise environments
• Strong technical depth in backend engineering, Kubernetes, and APIs
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems
• Familiarity with vector databases and prompt orchestration
