• Facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives
• Track project progress and address risks or roadblocks
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Agile projects
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
