You'll ensure global freight, accommodation, and vehicle rental invoices are reconciled and assigned to correct projects using SAP. You'll work closely with finance and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and manage payments. This role supports the logistics team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Allocate vendor invoices in SAP for approval and payment
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with logistics and finance teams
- Manage withheld invoices and instruct payment team
- Support logistics management with administrative tasks
๐ Requirements
- Communication and administration skills with attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
- SAP experience (preferred but not required)
