💼 About This Role

You'll own a new-logo quota selling AI solutions to financial-services clients across a defined Mid-Market territory. Your efforts will drive multi-year enterprise license agreements for Rogo's cutting-edge AI analyst platform. This role offers the chance to be an early revenue driver at a generational company redefining finance workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a new-logo quota across defined Mid-Market territory (banks, PE, asset managers).
  • Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to close for target accounts.
  • Navigate complex org charts to build champions and secure C-Suite sponsorship.
  • Lead tight proofs of value tied to clear success criteria and ROI.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years closing SaaS deals with consistent quota attainment (6+ quarters).
  • Experience selling to financial-services clients or clear passion to master the space.
  • Command of challenger-style, value-led selling; fluent in MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Ability to learn complex AI concepts quickly and translate them into business outcomes.
