You'll own our Self-Service Ecosystem, using AI and CRM automation to reduce customer inquiries. Your primary impact is prototyping experimental AI workflows and improving Salesforce processes. It's a career launchpad role with hands-on AI building.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and pilot experimental AI workflows for customer friction points.
- Identify and implement Salesforce workflow improvements for automation.
- Handle high-level technical escalations to update AI and Knowledge Base.
- Create automated training modules and QA frameworks for offshore partners.
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years in technical support or helpdesk environment.
- Ability to rewrite technical errors into clear, non-technical solutions.
- Understanding of Salesforce's backend and data flow.
- Logic-first mindset for building If/Then workflows.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience using or experimenting with AI or vibe coding.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Base optimization for LLM retrieval.
