You'll own our Self-Service Ecosystem, using AI and CRM automation to reduce customer inquiries. Your primary impact is prototyping experimental AI workflows and improving Salesforce processes. It's a career launchpad role with hands-on AI building.

  • Design and pilot experimental AI workflows for customer friction points.
  • Identify and implement Salesforce workflow improvements for automation.
  • Handle high-level technical escalations to update AI and Knowledge Base.
  • Create automated training modules and QA frameworks for offshore partners.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years in technical support or helpdesk environment.
  • Ability to rewrite technical errors into clear, non-technical solutions.
  • Understanding of Salesforce's backend and data flow.
  • Logic-first mindset for building If/Then workflows.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience using or experimenting with AI or vibe coding.
  • Knowledge of Knowledge Base optimization for LLM retrieval.
