Description

You will lead a water resources program, supervising technical staff and managing complex projects from initiation to completion. You'll drive business development, mentor team members, and ensure projects meet budgets and schedules while serving as a subject matter expert in stormwater regulations and best management practices.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field
• 12+ years of industry experience in project and client management
• Experience in water resources required
• Professional License preferred
• Ability to grow water resources program through expansion and hiring

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct technical staff or Project Managers on multiple complex projects
• Lead project development through completion, including scopes, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets
• Manage client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Provide technical advice and mentorship to staff
