You'll manage legal matters related to commercial contracts and technology agreements, protecting company interests. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including software and hardware agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counterparties.
• Manage and respond to contract disputes with opposing parties.
• Train and manage lawyers; create and update contract templates.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and member in good standing of a state bar.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, especially technology contracts.
• Experience managing people.
