💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal counsel on transactions and contracts at Meesho, an e-commerce platform. You'll own the contracting process end-to-end and ensure compliance with applicable laws. You'll also support corporate governance and regulatory updates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory issues.
• Assist in corporate governance and compliance.
• Support due diligence for corporate transactions.

📋 Requirements

• Corporate and commercial law foundation.
• Hands-on experience in commercial contracting and compliance.
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with ownership.
