Description

You will provide high-level support to the Finance Team, ensuring GAAP compliance and audit readiness. Responsibilities include revenue oversight, financial analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports for internal leadership, grantors, and the IRS Form 990.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• At least 8 years of professional experience with increasing responsibility
• 3-4 years of experience managing people or projects
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Record daily revenue transactions and perform monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliations with donor management system
• Perform monthly close process, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage revenue recognition processes and review cash receipts and accounts receivable
• Prepare audit-ready schedules and support external audits and IRS Form 990 filing
• Assist with budget review, financial reporting for grantors, and 1099 reporting
