💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the operational backbone of Built's commercial contracting, negotiating SaaS agreements, MSAs, and vendor contracts while navigating complex procurement requirements of large financial institutions. Your work directly influences deal execution speed and revenue growth, with real ownership over a meaningful contract portfolio from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, redline, and negotiate SaaS subscriptions, MSAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to support deal execution as a trusted advisor
• Stay ahead of product and pricing changes by engaging with cross-functional teams
• Navigate bank and financial institution procurement requirements
• Own contract lifecycle in Ironclad: track terms, renewals, and amendments

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of contract management experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience partnering closely with Sales teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volume and competing deadlines
• Comfort using AI tools in contract or legal work

• Background in SaaS, fintech, or highly regulated industries
• Experience navigating bank or financial institution procurement
• Familiarity with Ironclad, DocuSign, or comparable CLM tools
