💼 About This Role

You'll lead SwissBorg's security strategy and roadmap in a highly regulated cryptocurrency environment, reporting directly to the CEO. Your core impact will be to manage security posture for 880k+ users and interface with Swiss and French regulators on DORA, MiCA, and FINMA compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own security strategy, roadmap, and organizational security posture
• Interface with FINMA and AMF regulators on security matters
• Lead DORA and MiCA compliance programs and internal IT audits
• Oversee security architecture for cryptocurrency custody systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in information security with 2+ years as CISO or Head of Security
• Proven experience in regulated financial services (fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency)
• Deep knowledge of Swiss and EU regulatory frameworks (FINMA, AMF, DORA, MiCA, GDPR)
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency security including custody models and key management

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent French for AMF interactions
• Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
