You'll act as a trusted advisor to contractors and industry professionals, helping them find the right products. You'll handle inbound/outbound interactions and collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales. This family-owned company offers stable full-time hours and generous PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise customers on product selection for projects
• Process orders, track inventory, coordinate transfers
• Collaborate with outside sales to resolve customer needs
• Maintain records, process payments, ensure fulfillment

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in sales or retail
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM)
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 10%
