💼 About This Role
You'll own revenue generation for Kombo, a unified API for HR and payroll systems, as part of an early-stage team scaling from 8-figures to triple revenue by 2026. You'll manage a BDR and full sales cycle, while helping build and improve sales processes for a fast-growing YC-backed startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Run full sales cycles from prospecting to closing
- Act as trusted advisor and educate customers
- Build intuition for developer and product leader audience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, product
📋 Requirements
- 3-5+ years of top-performing enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling at a B2B startup (seed to Series C)
- Proven track record of exceeding quota with ACVs $80k-$150k+
- Excellent hunting and closing skills

- Technical skills with APIs, cloud solutions, or programming languages
- Prior experience selling an API product or developer tool
- Experience selling into HR/payroll or integration use cases
