As a Visual Merchandising Associate, you will maintain the highest visual standards in the store by executing VM guidelines, ensuring impactful product presentation, and supporting strategies to drive traffic and maximize sales. You'll collaborate with managers and contribute to a positive team culture while keeping customer experience a priority.

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail
• Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
• Ability to work Mondays, Wednesdays/Thursdays, Fridays and Weekends
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service oriented

Responsibilities

• Accurate product presentation including dressing room outfits and mannequin dressing
• Complete Go Lives weekly following VM guidelines
• Maintain VM equipment and props in stockroom
• Oversee VM recovery efforts and replenishment
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximize sales
