You'll own the division's nation-wide real estate portfolio, ensuring teams have the space they need when they need it. You'll collaborate with engineering and production to translate requirements into facility solutions, driving new facility launches and managing financial impact on P&L.   • Manage division's nationwide real estate portfolio including office, lab, and production sites
  • Allocate space across teams for office and prototyping lab needs
  • Translate engineering requirements into facility requirements for new builds and retrofits
  • Collaborate on construction projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6-10 years experience managing real estate portfolio or manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget
  • Ability to read technical documentation like facility drawings and be highly proficient in Excel
  • Eligible to obtain U.S. security clearance
