💼 About This Role

You'll lead the most senior People role at an AI company transforming commercial real estate law. You'll shape organizational design and manager capability as the company scales from 100 to 250 employees. You'll report to the COO and set the people agenda from business context.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead from the leadership team, bringing a people perspective to commercial and product discussions.
• Set the People agenda based on business context and growth plans.
• Strengthen manager capability and performance standards across the company.
• Develop the People team and shape an AI-first, high-leverage function.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience leading a People function at VP, CPO, or equivalent level.
• Track record of influencing business decisions at the leadership table.
• Experience scaling a business through the 100-to-250 headcount phase.
• Senior-level fluency with the US employment market, including compensation and regulatory norms.

• Direct experience of a Series B to Series C growth journey.
• Built out a People function from an early-stage base.
