🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead perception team in developing computer vision and sensor fusion systems.
• Define technical roadmap for perception capabilities.
• Sensor & compute selection, validation, and integration.
• Build, mentor, and grow a team of perception engineers.
• Drive robust perception systems handling real-world variability.

📋 Requirements

• PhD/MS with 8+ years experience or BS with 10+ years
• 3+ years leading and managing technical teams
• Deep expertise in computer vision (object detection, segmentation, tracking)
• Proven track record shipping perception systems in real-world robotics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in warehouse automation or logistics robotics
• Experience with foundation models for robotics perception
• Background in classical computer vision and modern deep learning
