🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a high-value portfolio of SMB customers, building multi-threaded relationships.
- Conduct consultative Quarterly Business Reviews using advanced data analytics.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding customer business goals.
- Act as a product advocate ensuring clients adopt new features that drive ROI.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success (SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets.
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into narratives.
- Comfortable with Excel/BI tools and data-driven value proof.
