Your core impact will be delivering data-driven insights through Quarterly Business Reviews and ensuring clients maximize the Perk platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a high-value portfolio of SMB customers, building multi-threaded relationships.
  • Conduct consultative Quarterly Business Reviews using advanced data analytics.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding customer business goals.
  • Act as a product advocate ensuring clients adopt new features that drive ROI.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into narratives.
  • Comfortable with Excel/BI tools and data-driven value proof.
