You'll serve as the primary legal partner to Worldly's CFO, negotiating complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 companies. Your work directly impacts revenue, risk, and strategic growth as the company scales. You will also support M&A activity and build scalable legal processes for a fast-growing impact intelligence platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead drafting and negotiation of commercial and corporate agreements
• Serve as legal partner to CFO on revenue recognition and risk allocation
• Support M&A diligence, execution, and post-acquisition integration
• Manage external counsel and build scalable contract processes

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from a highly regarded law school
• 4-8 years total legal experience
• 2+ years at a top-tier law firm
• 2+ years in-house at a fast-growing tech company
