Description

You will oversee the manufacturing, assembly, and qualification of reagents for the Clinical Laboratory. Responsibilities include troubleshooting manufacturing activities, managing inventory, training new operators, authoring deviations and validations, and developing new manufacturing techniques while supervising other employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
• 2 years experience as Reagent Technician, Associate, or Clinical Lab Associate
• 2 years in high complexity lab environment
• 2 years with molecular biology techniques (PCR, DNA sequencing)
• 1 year with laboratory automation platforms

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and qualify reagents for the Clinical Laboratory
• Troubleshoot reagent manufacturing activities
• Manage and train operators on manufacturing methods
• Author and execute deviations, verifications, and validations
• Lead inventory management and build schedules
