💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. You'll empower families and mentor RBTs to deliver evidence-based, play-filled care. Join a multi-disciplinary team with expansive training and career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans for each child.
• Provide parent coaching to support child development.
• Deliver ongoing professional development to RBTs.
• Assess kiddo progress through data analysis.

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification (required)
• Ability to pass a background check (required)
• Experience working with kids with autism or developmental delays using ABA
