Description

In this role, you will lead a team of 5-10 Growth Account Executives to drive expansion and retention among Anthropic's fastest-growing startup customers, building frameworks and processes to help them harness safe frontier AI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales or account management with 3+ years leading sales teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding team revenue targets and developing high-performing AEs
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and experience with high-growth tech companies
  • Deep expertise in strategic account planning and scaling account management processes
  • Background in technical product sales, particularly in APIs, infrastructure, or ML/AI solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-10 Startup Growth AEs
  • Own team revenue targets and develop strategies to accelerate growth
  • Build scalable frameworks for deal negotiations, account planning, and customer health monitoring
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and other GTM teams to identify strategic growth opportunities
  • Drive operational excellence through pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
